Comments:
pre-qualification. To pass on ASAT participants must comply with the requirements referred to in point 1.7, or have the desire and the technical possibility until November 2017 year to refine its internal postal system in accordance with the specified requirements. In November 2017 planned procurement procedures for choosing these services at the provider framework 2018 year with possible prolongation. Necessarily filling tables with prices "Send from Ekaterinburg Palace of sport" and "send in the SAR" attached to request listings (Excel files)!
