Payment terms:-Payment for the actual work performed in the amount of 80% of the contract price, which is not more than _________ (___________________________________) rub. Cop. Incl. VAT (18%) ______ rub. is made by cumulative result, each stage of work performed, defined in the schedule of works (Appendix № 3), after the expiry of 35 (thirty-five) banking days from the moment of signing by the parties of locally-estimated settlements, acts and certificates of forms KS-3, KS-2, providing the contractor with invoices for payment and invoices, subject to the elimination of deficiencies identified in the acceptance of the work.
- The final payment under the contract in the amount of 20% of the contract price, which is no more than ________ (___________) Rub, ____ kop., incl. VAT 18% ____ rub., is carried out by the customer upon completion of all works under the agreement, after 21 (twenty-one) banking days, from the moment of signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance-transfer of the executive documentation and the acceptance certificate of the completed Construction of the facility (form KS-11).
