Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose on the Customer this volume of civil obligations.

Comments:
In the commercial offer, indicate:
1. Supplier - data for communication, including a representative.
2. The attitude of a supplier to a product is a manufacturer, a manufacturer's representative, a dealer, a free seller.
3. Product manufacturer.
4. Unit price (excluding VAT and including VAT):
4.1. for goods manufactured in the Russian Federation:
4.1.1. the price of the goods in the supplier's warehouse (indicate the city of shipment), subject to self-pickup.
4.1.2. the price of the goods, subject to delivery by the supplier to the supplier's warehouse in Amursk (with auto delivery) / Komsomolsk-on-Amur railway station (when sent in 20 "/ 40" containers by railway) / Mylki railway station (when sent in wagons by railway ).
4.2. for goods, foreign production, supplied from abroad:
4.2.1. the price of the goods at the point of customs clearance on the terms of delivery DDP port…. / railway station ... (indicate the point of customs clearance - TO) subject to self-pickup.
The price of the goods shall include all costs at customs clearance point: delivery to CCP, costs of customs clearance, costs of storage during customs clearance, costs of closing the warehouse, costs of loading the goods on the appropriate transport.
The price for the goods can be indicated in rubles or in foreign currency at the exchange rate on the day of payment.
4.2.2. the price of the goods, subject to delivery by the supplier to the supplier's warehouse in Amursk (with auto delivery) / Komsomolsk-on-Amur railway station (when sent in 20 "/ 40" containers by railway) / Mylki railway station (when sent in wagons by railway ) - when specifying the price of products in the TO point in rubles.
