Payment terms:Payment of works is done by transferring funds to the Subcontractor’s current account on the basis of the Act of Acceptance of the Work Performed and the Certificate of the Cost of Work Performed Compiled in accordance with Unified Forms No. KS-2 and No. KS-3 (hereinafter referred to as Form No. COP-2 and No. COP-3), as-written documentation, duly executed invoices, Information / Certificates of absence of claims of the owner / owners of communications reorganized under the Contract and that the work under the Contract is performed by the Subcontractor in full in accordance with the technical specifications stipulated for this type of work, the Act / Acts of return of the land plot from the owner of the land plot, which also states that the land owner does not have any claims in connection with the work carried out under the Contract, acceptance and payment of these works by the State customer.
Advance payment - 10% of the contract price subject to opening an account with UFK
