Upon notification of the readiness of the goods for carriage, the carrier shall take the goods within 7 working days from the warehouse in Zabaykalsk.
In the event of a breach of the terms of the sample of the goods from the warehouse, the goods will be deemed to be accepted for safekeeping by the supplier and the carrier, respectively, will be required to pay the costs of goods storage at the rate of 1,000 rubles per unit of goods for each day of such storage.
