Delivery terms:Samara st. Grozny 55 production base of LLC "GSI-NHM" - Ust-Kut "Irkutsk Polymer Plant"

All approvals for the traffic police along the entire route of Samara - Ust-Kut are coordinated directly by the carrier.

Loading in the period from 08.07.2021 to 10.07.2021

Loading and unloading operations at the points of loading and unloading of equipment are carried out by LLC GSI-NHM.

Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Before opening the envelopes, the participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals in electronic form a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating the terms of the service), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure on the letterhead of their organization. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by a participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
3. To provide on request for proposals:
- Partner card;
- Commercial offer
- TIN certificate;
- Bukh balance for 2017-2019;
- 2019 VAT return
- Letter stating that the commercial offer is calculated in full compliance with the stated requirements of GSI-NHM LLC;
- Information about the technical equipment of the company.

4. Loading and unloading operations will be performed by the Customer.

ALL DOCUMENTS UPLOADED MUST BE REFERRED TO IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS CONTENT
