GENERAL INFORMATION:
This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose on the customer the corresponding volume of civil obligations.

1) The submitted application for participation must be accompanied by an Offer with attachments according to the established template and contain key information on the goods offered for delivery, conditions and delivery times.
2) Please read carefully the standard version of the supply agreement. The Participant has the right to propose a protocol of disagreement, which must be provided as part of the Offer. Otherwise, the Participant is considered to agree with the proposed version.
3) The offer is supplemented by certificates or quality passports, for goods in respect of which a certification or certification procedure is provided.
