The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Comments:
The organizer of the Call for Bidding selects the winner of the procurement procedure for each Lot for the full amount of work and services for each Lot(s) or for part of the Lot(s), depending on the availability of equipment from contractors.

Several stages of rebidding may be carried out based on the results of commercial evaluation of the proposals of the Bidders Called for Bidding.

Only Bidders who meet the qualification requirements are allowed to rebidding.

Be sure to send the documents for the equipment that will be specified in the bid (Appendix No. 2 in the bid documentation package).

We recommend that you contact the organizer of the procurement procedure for clarification on the documents that are necessary to confirm the compliance of the Call for Bidding Bidder with the qualification requirements.
