Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

When providing services, all vehicles must be equipped with operating on-board GPS / GLONASS monitoring systems (with the ability to provide access to the Client), or be able to register vehicles (freight forwarder) in other vehicle tracking systems at the Client's requests.
Forwarder's (carrier's) liability insurance policy or cargo insurance policy in the amount of at least 3 million rubles.
When drawing up an application for loading, the Freight Forwarder / Carrier must provide information on the road train: the presence of axles, center distances, busbar arrangement of each axle.

From 15 October 2021, the EU COVID DIGITAL CERTIFICATE (GREEN PASS) is MANDATORY to access any Italian customer area in accordance with Decreto-Legge requirements 21 September 2021, n. 127
TO OBTAIN GREEN-PASS **, ONE OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS IS REQUIRED:

• • Obtaining a negative score based on a rapid antigen test or molecular test performed within the previous 48 hours (unless otherwise authorized by authorities).

VERIFICATION OF THE GREEN PASS IN ACCORDANCE WITH REGULATIONS: to access the perimeter of the company from 15.10.21 is obliged to "own" and "show" the QR code (visible in the green pass) in paper or digital format, keeping the identity of the document, available as soon as possible for possible identification.
Remember, that:

ПАО "КуйбышевАзот" вправе отказаться от проведения запроса предложений, а также завершить проведение запроса предложений без заключения договора по его результатам в любое время, при этом расходы, понесенные Участником в связи с участием в запросе предложений, не возмещаются. До истечения времени окончания подачи заявок на участие в запросе предложений, ПАО "КуйбышевАзот" вправе внести изменения в Извещение, в том числе продлить срок окончания подачи заявок. Данный запрос предложений не является торгами (конкурсом, аукционом) или публичным конкурсом в соответствии со статьями 447-449, 1057-1061 Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации, и не накладывает на ПАО "КуйбышевАзот" обязательств, установленных указанными статьями Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации.
