Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

The application for participation in the bidding procedure on E-Marketplace of B2B-Center Group (www.b2b-center.ru) shall be submitted with specification of the rate in rubles including VAT, and Commercial proposal shall be attached, indicating the rate for the truck ride on the form of Attachment 1. The form of Commercial Proposal is given in Attachment No.1 to this request. Applications submitted on E-Marketplace of B2B-Center Group with no Commercial proposal completed on the form (Attachment No.1) will not be considered.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
