Loading and unloading operations at the points of loading and unloading of equipment are carried out by the forces of LLC "GSI-NHM".
Passage on the bridge over the Pur River at the expense of the carrier with the presentation of accounting documents.

Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Before opening the envelopes, the participants of this procedure MUST attach the applicant's APPLICATION and the documents according to the APPLICATION simultaneously with the submission of the offer and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial offer (indicating the terms of service provision), signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participating in this procedure on the letterhead of their organization. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
3. To provide upon request for proposals:
- Applicant's application form
- Partner Card;
- Commercial proposal
- TIN certificate;
- Buh balance for 2018-2020;
- VAT declaration for 2020
- A letter stating that the commercial offer is calculated in full compliance with the stated requirements of LLC " GSI-NHM";
- Information about the technical equipment of the company.

4. Loading and unloading operations will be carried out by the Customer;
5. The contract is concluded in the form of the carrier (contract-application)

ALL UPLOADED DOCUMENTS MUST BE NAMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THEIR CONTENT
