Calculations are made:
in the event that the contract is concluded with a small and medium-sized business entity - the final payment for the Services provided is made within 15 working days from the date the Customer signed the certificate of acceptance of the Services rendered and sent by the Contractor on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor, by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor or other agreed parties that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring bills of exchange, etc. The invoice is issued by the Contractor on time and in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
- in other cases - with a delay of at least 30 (thirty) and no more than 60 (sixty) calendar days after the parties have signed an act of acceptance of the transfer of services rendered and the Contractor has submitted the following documents:
a) accounts;
b) the act of acceptance and transfer of the services provided, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices.
Under this Agreement, legal interest is not calculated, accrued or paid on the amount of debt for the period of using the funds provided for in Article 317.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation or other similar provision of a regulatory legal act.
