All approvals for the traffic police along the entire route are agreed directly by the carrier.


Loading in the period from 03.12.2021 to 06.12.2021

Loading and unloading operations at the points of loading and unloading of equipment are carried out by LLC GSI-NHM.
Georeferencing:Samara region, Samara, st. Grozny 55 production base of LLC "GSI-NHM"
Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Before the envelopes are opened, the participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals in electronic form the applicant's APPLICATION and documents according to the APPLICATION simultaneously with the proposal submission and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating the terms of the service) signed by an authorized person and certified by the organization's seal - participant of this procedure on the letterhead of his organization. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by a participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
3. To provide on request for proposals:
- Partner card;
- Commercial offer
- TIN certificate;
- Bukh balance for 2018-2020;
- VAT declaration for 2020
- A letter of guarantee on the unconditional signing of the draft agreement as revised by the Sender.
- Letter stating that the commercial offer is calculated in full compliance with the stated requirements of GSI-NHM LLC;
- Information about the technical equipment of the company.

4. Loading and unloading operations will be performed by the Customer;

ALL DOCUMENTS UPLOADED MUST BE REFERRED TO IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS CONTENT

Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
