Loading in the period from 12/17/2020. until 18.12.2020

Loading and unloading operations at the points of loading and unloading of equipment are carried out by OOO GSI-NHM.

(L * B * H) It is obligatory that the Contractor has permission to transport KTG along the route. Travel across the bridge over the Pur River at the expense of the carrier with the presentation of accounting documents.

Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Before the envelopes are opened, the participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals in electronic form the applicant's APPLICATION and documents according to the APPLICATION simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating the terms of the service) signed by an authorized person and certified by the organization's seal - participant of this procedure on the letterhead of his organization. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by a participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
3. To provide on request for proposals:
- GSE applicant's questionnaire
- Partner card;
- Commercial offer
- TIN certificate;
- Bukh balance for 2017-2019;
- 2019 VAT declaration
- A letter of guarantee on the unconditional signing of the draft agreement as revised by the Sender.
- Letter stating that the commercial offer is calculated in full accordance with the stated requirements of GSI-NHM LLC;
- Information about the technical equipment of the company.

4. Loading and unloading works will be performed by the Customer;

ALL UPLOADED DOCUMENTS MUST BE REFERRED TO IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS CONTENT
