Comments: 1. The request to ask all questions on the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Participants of this procedure MUST, before opening the envelopes, attach the BID of the bidder and the documents according to the BID at the same time as the bids are submitted, and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating the time for the provision of the service), signed by an authorized person and certified by a seal, to their proposals in electronic form organizations participating in this procedure on the letterhead of their organization. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
3. By providing, upon request, proposals:
- Partner card;
- Commercial offer (according to the attached form)
- Certificate TIN;
- Bukh balance sheet for 2017-2019;
- 2019 VAT Declaration
- A letter of guarantee on the unconditional signing of the draft contract as amended by the Sender.
- A letter stating that the offer was calculated in full compliance with the stated requirements of GSI-NHM LLC;
- Logistic scheme of transportation (should include key points of the route, have information about all the necessary passes with the deadlines, information about ferries / ice ferries, etc. MANDATORY information about the period in calendar / working days from the moment of conclusion of the Agreement and receipt of the application to the possibility of actual delivery of transport for loading)
- Information about the technical equipment of the company.
4. Loading and unloading operations will be performed by the Customer
ALL SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE NAME IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS CONTENT
Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil law obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or to terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants
