Payment terms:
Payment for properly rendered services, provided that the Forwarding Carrier submits the documents specified in clause 3.5. of this Agreement, is performed by the Customer within 21 (twenty one) calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of the Act of work performed (services rendered) on the basis of the original invoice and signed by the parties of the Act of work performed (services rendered).
The Forwarding Carrier confirms the provision of services with the following documents:
- 2 (two) originals of the Customer’s goods and transport (goods and transport) invoices, certified by the signature of authorized persons with the transcript of the signature and the seal of the consignee, consignor. In the case of signing documents by a person acting on the basis of a power of attorney, an certified copy of this power of attorney is additionally attached;
- the original acceptance certificate issued by the consignee, if any;
- other documents provided for in clause 2.1.17 of this agreement;
- originals of vouchers for trip tickets, if necessary;
- Originals of the Act of work performed (services rendered) and invoice;
- a register of invoices submitted monthly until the 5th.
2.1.17. In case of loss or shortage, as well as damage (spoilage), surplus cargo entrusted to the Carrier-Forwarder, the Carrier-Forwarder no later than 10 (ten) business days after this has occurred, is obliged to provide the Customer with the following documents:
- waybill and bill of lading related to such transportation;
- an act of shortage, damage (damage) or loss of cargo explaining the reason for the shortage, damage or loss of cargo, signed by the representative of the Forwarder and the Consignee;
- documents issued by the police;
- other documents that relate to such transportation and which are requested by the Customer to find out the reasons for shortage, damage (damage) or loss of cargo.
The customer accepts documents confirming the fact of the provision of services, provided that they are properly executed.
