Comments:
1. There are no promo codes for participation in the procedure. We do not accept commercial offers by mail.

3. To their proposals in electronic form, the Bidders of this procedure MUST attach the applicant's BID (commercial offer) and documents according to the BID, simultaneously with the submission of the offer, and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial offer (indicating the terms of the service) signed by an authorized person and stamped by the Bidder organization of this procedure to their proposals in electronic form.
