Auto-extension

Delivery terms:The term for the provision of services, export in the period of July 20-30, 2020. Final export dates will be agreed additionally.

Comments:
1. The Carrier authorizes the carriage. Cargo securing is the duty of the carrier. Loading and unloading is the responsibility of the Customer.
2. The request to ask all questions on the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
3. Before submitting envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure to their proposals in electronic form. If the participant does not fulfill or improperly fulfills this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
The offer is valid for at least 30 days.
Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
