Calculations under the Contract shall be made by the Customer for actually performed works by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (whichever is after 30-60 calendar days from the date of signing by both parties of the Act of performed works, rendered services (Form №H-4), provided that the invoice is provided in a timely manner ( or CPA).
The term of payment under the contract is determined by the participant independently from the specified range and is established in the Contract concluded with him (the preferred amount of the payment term is 60 calendar days).
The decision on the selection of the winner will be made on the most favorable conditions for JSC TATNEFT using a financial calculator (Appendix No. 8)
Delivery terms:From the date of conclusion of the contract (but not later than 15.03.2020) to 31.12.2022.

ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ!!:В связи с участившимися случаями необоснованного отказа от поданного коммерческого предложения / от заключения договора, принято решение об изменении правил включения Участников закупочных процедур в стоп-лист ПАО «Татнефть». В случае первого необоснованного отказа – включение в стоп-лист сроком на 6 месяцев, в случае повторного отказа – на постоянной основе.
ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ!!!:В случае отсутствия справки ФНС по форме КНД 1120101, данный документ возможно предоставить в течение 3-х рабочих дней после завершения процедуры. С 14.01.2019 в тендерных процедурах, где организатором является ПАО «Татнефть» (Центр закупок) продление сроков завершения тендера НЕ предусмотрено! В связи с чем, необходимо заблаговременно подать свое предложение. Лот будет разыгран без проведения редукциона и переторжек. Выбор победителя будет осуществляться на основании единственного предложения. Извещение о результатах процедуры будет доступно во вкладке "Файлы, загруженные организатором" после подведения итогов.
