Comments:
1. The vehicle must be equipped with Tachographs, GLONASS.
2. Employees have overalls and personal protective equipment.
3. In the event of a breakdown, promptly organize a replacement bus.
4. Carrying out medical examinations of employees (periodic and daily)
5. Passenger carriage licenses.
6. Information about the property right to the technique.
7. Vehicles must comply with the declared weight and size of the cargo according to the application contract.

Before the envelopes are opened, the participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals in electronic form the Bidder's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by a participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
The offer is valid for at least 30 days.
Note: This request for proposals is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
