3) It is mandatory to sign the "Special conditions" application of the contract, if you accept the standard Rusagro contract, in case of failure to accept the standard Rusagro contract (protocol of disagreement), the contractor’s assessment, at the stage of deciding on the choice of the winner, will be reduced.
