Comments:
This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.

The procurement participant must attach a commercial offer signed by the responsible person and on the letterhead, quality certificate and certificate of conformity, official dealer agreement, signed copy of the questionnaire and constituent documents (the list of required documents is specified in Appendix No. 3).

The price offer submitted through the ETP functionality must correspond to the price in the commercial offer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
