The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Within 20 working days from the date of receipt by the Customer of original invoices, invoices, acts of performed work and TTN / TN with the consignee's note of receipt of the goods.
Delivery terms:Service delivery period: 10/01/2018 - 31/03/2019.
1. Shipment of goods from the warehouse of the shipper, is carried out at the original of the power of attorney;
2. Delivery "from door to door";
3. Cargo insurance against all risks;
4. Car: tilt - reinforced beams (crate), isotherm, refrigerator, hitch.
5. Standard loading from 6 to 12 hours;
6. The cost includes forwarding-counting of packing places;
7. The contract of the standard form of the customer (posted on the ETP, the tab - the documentation for trading);
8. Application for the delivery of cargo in the form of the customer (Appendix No. 1 to the contract for the carriage of goods by road);
9. Documents for payment for services are provided within 10 days after delivery of the goods to the consignee.

Comments:
Required scope of supply: in accordance with the applications for the delivery of goods (in the form of the Customer)
The nature of the cargo - overalls, special footwear, PPE, equipment, tools.
Packing type: bags, boxes, bundles, pallets.

To participate in the procedure allowed legal entities that meet the following conditions.
• Have professional knowledge, experience, reputation, financial, material and labor resources to fulfill obligations under the contract for the carriage of goods by road;
• Have a civil legal capacity to enter into a contract for the carriage of goods by road;
• To be solvent, not to be at the liquidation stage, its property should not be seized, its financial and economic activities should not be suspended in accordance with the procedure established by law;
• Do not have arrears in payment of taxes and other mandatory payments;
• The company must have a license for the corresponding types of services, the announced procedure for ETP;
• Work on the basic taxation system (OCO);
• Have a valid cargo insurance policy (policy) for all risks, amounting to at least 15,000,000 (fifteen million) rubles for one insured event;
• Have your own car park.

The list of documents required to be placed in the personal account at the ETP after the announcement of the "pool" protocols of the Suppliers (it is NOT necessary to send the documents separately):
• Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (the period of issue is not more than 30 days from the date of issue);
• A copy of the certificate of registration with the tax authority;
• Copy of the certificate of assignment of the main state number;
• Copy of the Charter of the company with all changes;
• A copy of the protocol (decision) on the appointment (extension) of the general director of the company;
• A copy of the power of attorney, indicating the powers of signing the contract;
• Information letter from the statistical office;
• Certificate from the bank on assignment of a current account (for a period not exceeding 1.5 months from the date of issue);
• Balance sheet for the last reporting period;
• Existence of a valid cargo insurance policy for all risks, amounting to at least 15 000 000 (Fifteen million) rubles for one insurance event.

The contracts, according to the form of the customer, will be concluded with the first three winners.
Interaction with the selected three winners, with which the contracts will be concluded, will be carried out by sending the customer to their address the current applications, based on his daily need for vehicles in the directions.
