If the Supplier has not delivered the Goods (or has not delivered them in full) within 15 calendar days after the end of the delivery period specified in the relevant specification to the Contract, the Supplier undertakes to pay the Buyer a fine in the amount of 20% of the value of the undelivered Goods by transferring funds to the Buyer's current account. Payment of the fine does not release the Supplier from fulfilling its obligations to deliver the Goods according to the relevant specification to the Contract."
