Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:
Payment on the fact, not earlier than 60 calendar after the fulfillment of the obligations to deliver the goods and the receipt of the buyer / customer primary (shipping) documents.
Delivery terms:
Delivery time from 01.01.2020 12.31.2020 for a period of 12 months from the date of conclusion of the agreement and to fully fulfill their obligations.
Delivery is made by forces and means the supplier to the buyer's warehouse once a quarter. Shipping cost included in cost of goods.
The quantity of goods supplied to each of the warehouses specified by the buyer in the quarterly application specification, addressed to the suppliers on a quarterly basis 30 days before the start of deliveries.
As part of the application must submit the passport of the goods, a certificate of the goods, if the product provider is the dealer of the manufacturer as part of the application must be submitted dealership agreement.
In the case of the organization of the quality management system as part of the application must submit the relevant documents.
Participant must be the manufacturer or have the right to the supply of goods provided by the manufacturer, and to provide a dealer agreement.
Note manufacturer of the product and the brand as part of the application is necessary. This product must be fresh, without damage, in a suitable packaging for transportation (barrel 330 kg).
Warranty period of storage of the goods shall be at least 12 months.
The price of the products supplied in the proposal should be listed in Russian rubles rounded
to 1 RUB (without cents).
The volume of orders for delivery is indicative and may vary within ± 30% of the total number of the goods as defined for the corresponding year of contract, in terms stoimomostnom without changing unit prices.
