Site test conditions for materials not yet site approved / tested:
• The material must comply with the technical specification.
• The presence of the supplier during the tests is mandatory. Based on the test results, representatives of the production site together with the supplier draw up a Test Report.
• Delivery of the first PPP in the amount of 5 tons (for RA-Saratov 2t) for testing, depending on the availability of the number of approved analogues. Provided that on the site:
- uncontested supplier / material - price with a 10% discount from the tender price;
- two approved suppliers / materials - price with a 20% discount from the tender price;
- three / four approved suppliers / materials - delivery is carried out free of charge (RUB 1 / t).
• The second OPP in the amount of 20 tons is supplied at tender prices, provided that there is no alternative supplier on the site. In other cases, the second OPP is provided with a discount of at least 10% of the tender prices.
• The third PPP (if necessary) is carried out in the amount of the monthly requirement of the site at tender prices.
• In case of unsuccessful tests of the second and subsequent PPPs, the supplier, on the basis of the Test Act, is obliged to compensate for the losses incurred by the production site during the tests, and to take out the rest of the material on its own and at its own expense.
• Provided that the supplier refuses to sign the Act of testing and compensation for losses, the information is recorded in the form of a memo and is transferred to the Security Service and to the B2B site to exclude the possibility of participation of this supplier in tenders for MZHBN.
Prior to the tests on the filter materials announced in the tender, a preliminary documentary examination and / or laboratory tests will be carried out. For laboratory tests, it is necessary to provide a sample of filtering material to the site in an amount of several kg (information on the volume of the sample and the address of the site will be communicated additionally). Filter materials that have successfully passed documentary examination and laboratory tests are allowed before testing.
