Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Comments: The product must comply with the specifications of the Buyer (see the attached documentation).
Mandatory package of tender documents includes:
• Technical specification with the translation of the manufacturer (with reflection of all indicators).
• The filled format for the proposed filter material "Specification for filling", see the downloaded files.
• Declaration of Conformity TR CU.
• List of major customers, implementations, completed projects, items of equipment supplied;
• The charter of the company (for the winner of the tender), if available (is not requested from the IP);
• Copies of certified financial statements (if the company prepares financial statements) for the last reporting period and certified tax returns (for VAT, income tax, STS) for the last reporting period at the time of reporting;
• Certificate of tax registration;
• Certificate of entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (Unified State Register of Legal Entities) or the USRIP (for individual entrepreneurs);
• A document (order, order, power of attorney, bank card) confirming the right to sign and sample signatures of the head, chief accountant or authorized persons signing financial documents (including invoices, consignment notes);
• A certificate of the absence of tax debts from the IFTS (a certificate of tax arrears for the purpose of holding a tender must be received no more than 1 month at the time of the tender);
• Confirmation letter of dealer / distributor status from the manufacturer (if applicable);
• Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities or the USRIP with the date of issue no later than 10 days;
• The protocol (decision, order) on the appointment (election) of the head of the organization, the order on the appointment of the chief accountant;
• Certificate of ownership or lease for office space at the actual location;
• Information on the average number of employees for the previous calendar year (KND form 1110018);
ATTENTION: Documents are requested in the form of copies, certified by the signature of the sole executive body of the counterparty with a seal of the counterparty. Documents can be certified by a person authorized to certify copies of documents with a power of attorney.
This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
