Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
the contract price includes the cost of the goods, the cost of packaging and labelling, Supplier costs for delivery of the goods, as well as necessary to pay insurance costs, costs for warranty service, the payment of duties, taxes and other mandatory payments associated with the performance of the contract.
Payment for the delivered product is made by the buyer in the following order:
- Payment is due on the account based on the number of the invoice issued by the Supplier, on the basis of the application of the purchaser, by transferring money to the account of the Supplier within 20 business days after delivery of the goods.
Delivery terms:
goods delivery is carried out by the supplier in accordance with the claims of the buyer. Application for delivery of the goods shall be sent by the buyer to the supplier in writing in the form by facsimile or e-mail provider.
The deadline for delivery of the goods will be delivered within 3-or 5-working days from receipt of application from the buyer. Possible early delivery.
The supplier undertakes to deliver the goods to the buyer the full set, the corresponding characteristics and related documents.
