2) Requirements for motor transport:
- motor transport provides for a cement truck equipped with a compression unit.
- the pressure pumped from the compressor should be sufficient to supply sand in the tank (feed length 35 meters, feed height 12 meters).
- the compressor performance must ensure the unloading of vehicles within the time limits set by the contract.
Connection options with a sand pipeline:
1). The Connection of The Shutter Dn = 102 mm.
2). Flexible connection with mounting clamp, DN = 100 mm.
3). Flange connection DN = 100 mm (when providing a drawing of the counter flange to the Buyer).
- It is necessary to specify the above conditions in the contract with carriers (forwarders). This condition will be specified in the contract (specification) with the supplier.
As part of the commercial offer, it is necessary to submit a passport or a quality certificate for the products.
Based on the technical requirements "Sand for sandboxes of locomotives traveling through the territory of the Commonwealth member States" (item 12.4.2 of the protocol of the sixty–third meeting of the Council for Railway Transport of the Commonwealth Member States approved by the Order of the Minister of Transport dated 01.12.2015 No. 346), it is necessary to provide information on the grain and mineralogical composition of sand for each item shipments (quality passport).
REQUIRED:
1. Indication of the manufacturer of the product as part of the application.
2. certificate /passport of quality, protocol of laboratory tests for sand for compliance with the "Technical requirements "Sand for sandboxes of locomotives traveling through the territory of the CIS member states"; 2) Products from the raw sand producers proposed in the commercial offer of the Supplier must be tested in the territorial laboratories of JSC "Russian Railways", also the manufacturer (quarry) It must be coordinated with the regional divisions of the Traction Directorate of JSC "Russian Railways". In the absence of data on tests / approvals, the Buyer has the right to apply to the territorial management bodies of JSC "Russian Railways" for the purpose of testing samples of goods in the territorial laboratories of JSC "Russian Railways" and approving the manufacturer (quarry) with the regional divisions of the Directorate of Traction of JSC "Russian Railways". In this case, after submitting a commercial offer, the Supplier provides (independently, at its own expense) for testing samples of goods to the territorial laboratory of JSC "Russian Railways", with the receipt of the Test Report and its transfer to LLC "STM-Service". The parties recognize the test results even in the absence of accreditation of the laboratory of JSC "Russian Railways" for sand testing.
All delivered goods are subject to mandatory tests upon acceptance in the laboratory of JSC "Russian Railways", regardless of whether or not it has accreditation to test sand for compliance of the received goods with the required standards.
In case of delivery of a low-quality batch of goods, as well as a batch of goods that have not been tested in the laboratories of JSC "Russian Railways", the goods are subject to return. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Supplier.
Testing of goods in independent laboratories is not allowed. The results of product tests in independent laboratories are not grounds for challenging the results of tests in the laboratories of JSC "Russian Railways". |
