Acceptance of goods and materials at the Buyer's warehouse
1) Commercial proposal shall be issued on the letterhead paper sealed and signed by the company’s CEO and enclosed to the uploaded documents.
2) Commercial proposal shall specify
- value of TMC with VAT,
- measurement units mentioned in CP must comply with those requested;
- attitude to products (free seller, manufacturer, etc.) );
- Delivery time;
- warranty terms;
- agreement with the contract.
3) The supplied products must be new, not previously used;
4) This procedure of request for proposals is not a competition, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code;
5) This bidding procedure is also not a public tender and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
