Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

Payment terms:Preferred Payment Terms: Payment under the Contract shall be made by the Customer to the Contractor's checking account within 80 (eighty) calendar days from the date the Parties sign the Valuation Statement work performed and costs under Form No. KS - 3, Form 2 Acceptance Certificate, subject to the Contractor's invoice.
The warranty withholding shall be paid by the Customer in full to the Contractor within 80 (eighty) calendar days of acceptance of the Works by the Customer in full and signed by the Parties corresponding to the final act of delivery and acceptance of the completed works by the year of performance of the Contract.

The request for proposals does not constitute a bid (tender, auction) under articles 447 to 449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation or a public tender under articles 1057 to 1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, or other regulated procurement procedures (procurement methods) provided for by the laws of the Russian Federation.

The Promoter has the right to refuse the request for proposals and to complete the request for proposals without concluding a contract based on its results at any time, and the Promoter shall not reimburse to the participant the costs incurred in preparing and participating in the request for proposals procedure. The Promoter may amend the Notice and Documentation as well as extend the deadline (date and/or time) for the submission of the Offers.
