Delivery terms:Delivery of products is carried out by forces and at the expense of the "Supplier" to the warehouse of the "Buyer".
The delivery date is the date of transfer of the products to the "Buyer" at the time of signing the consignment note (TORG -12) in the warehouse of the "Buyer". Details in the procurement documentation.

Request, CAREFULLY study the comments contained in the OSVAR application for the 3-Q 19 PH electrode.
Uploading the requested documentation to the price offer on the B2B ETP is MANDATORY and must correspond to the last bid on the B2B ETP, drawn up in accordance with the comments set out in the OSVAR application for the 3-Q 19. PH electrode, otherwise the Organizer has the right to reject the Participant's offer.
Note: this request for quotations / offers is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
