Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:100% post payment within 20 working days from the date of receipt of the goods in the buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:By delivery to the buyer's warehouse, according to the specified details. The delivery date corresponding to the batch of goods is the date when the Supplier transfers the entire batch of goods to the Buyer in the Buyer's warehouse. Taking into account the fact of further transportation of Goods to the Far North regions to the Facility, the packaging of cargo arriving in containers should ensure the safety of cargo during its transportation, storage (accumulation) and cargo handling. The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96.

Comments:
1) The Commercial Proposal must be issued on official letterhead with the seal and signature of the manager and attached to the loading documentation.
2) In the Commercial Proposal it is necessary to specify:
- the cost of the shopping center with VAT, including delivery to the Buyer's warehouse
- type of packaging (according to the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96 for this type of goods);
- attitude to products (free seller, dealer, manufacturer, etc.);
- delivery time to the Buyer's warehouse;
- warranty conditions;
- approximate volume and weight (for the entire volume);
- Shipping method;
- agreement with the contract.
3) The products must be new, not used;
4) Commercial Proposals must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, other documents confirming the quality of products, dealer certificates;
5) Criteria for choosing the best offer: agreement with the contract of our form, quality, cost, delivery time, payment terms, work experience;
6) This offer request procedure is not a tender, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
7) This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this offer request procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Customer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
