Unconditional acceptance of the draft contract for the supply of Izhstal products.

The winning organization that does not have a valid contract with PJSC "Izhstal" within one day must upload the following documents to the system, which are necessary for the conclusion of the contract:
1. A copy of the certificate of registration of the enterprise;
2. A copy of the tax registration certificate;
3. A counterparty card in free form containing the following information: full company name, legal and actual address, full name of the head, full name of the chief accountant, phone numbers, fax numbers, bank account details, including the address of the bank;
4. A copy of the last income statement (form No. 2);
5. A certificate from the Federal Tax Service Inspectorate at the place of registration on the absence of tax arrears and other obligatory payments;
6. Power of attorney, or other document confirming the right to sign financial documents of an official.
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449, Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057-1061, Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.

If the Participant does not have the technical ability to submit an offer through the functionality of the electronic trading platform, the Organizer of the procedure has the right to accept an offer from such a participant to the e-mail address IZH-B2B@izhstal.ru, independently uploading this offer to the site through the functionality of the System, subject to the following conditions:
- The participant must be registered in the System;
- the proposal must be sent to the e-mail address no later than 4 working hours before the deadline for accepting Proposals specified in the Notification with the obligatory notification of the person in charge by phone.
The documents must contain an official letter of appeal to the Purchase Organizer with a request to place an electronic version of his proposal and refusal of any claims related to the fact that the Offer in the System will not be posted by the Participant himself.
