Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:terms of payment according to the requirements of the GK Rusagro:
1. Payment on the fact within 30 days from the date of execution of works.
2. If the amount of the advance payment exceeds 1 000 000 rubles, the supplier must provide a bank guarantee to refund the advance payments. As evidence, please provide a letter from the Bank top 10 according to ranking CBR letter of willingness to provide a bank guarantee to the desired amount.

Comments:
for the participation in the procurement procedure necessarily reinforced the following documents:
1. Quotation on the letterhead of the Organization, indicating the following information:
- project implementation period in calendar days;
- price per unit (lot) of goods in rubles incl. VAT;
- the warranty period;
- payment terms (taking into account the requirements of GK Rusagro);
- Experience in the market of years experience with Rusagro-years;
2. The reference sheet on similar projects.
3. Balance sheet for the last 2 calendar years.
4. calculation of Estimated.
5. In the case of the provision of a bank guarantee: a letter from the Bank!

Without a complete set of these documents with your proposal will not be considered!
