Payment terms:"Расчеты за выполненные работы осуществляются в следующем порядке:
- 50% денежными средствами с отсрочкой платежа не менее 45 (сорока пяти) дней с даты подписания обеими сторонами акта выполненных работ, на основании выставленного счета и счета-фактуры.
- 50% денежными средствами с отсрочкой платежа не менее 90 (девяноста) дней и/или векселями ОАО «Волжская ТГК» со сроком погашения не ранее 90 календарных дней (по соглашению сторон) с даты подписания обеими сторонами акта выполненных работ, на основании выставленного счета и счета-фактуры.
- оплата согласований с эксплуатирующими, надзорными организациями входит в договорную стоимость проектных работ.
- дополнительные работы, связанные с разработкой проектов по выносу коммуникаций из зоны проектирования сети входят в договорную стоимость проектных работ"
