Payment terms:Заказчик на основании выставляемого Подрядчиком счета уплачивает Подрядчику в течение 20 (двадцати) рабочих дней с момента подписания настоящего Договора аванс в размере до 15% от стоимости строительно-монтажных и прочих работ, но не ранее даты предоставления Подрядчиком безотзывной безусловной банковской гарантии на возврат аванса. Окончательный расчет производится в течении 20 (двадцати) рабочих дней с момента приемки законченного строительством объекта приемочной комиссией по форме КС-14 на основании предоставленного счета-фактуры.
