The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The prices shall be indicated in RUB with no reference to the exchange rates, and shall include all the taxes and fees, as well as transportation and overhead expenses.

Comments:
Each participant must submit a completed application form participant in electronic form in the format of "doc", and a scanned version of the signed and stamped.

Checking counterparties are conducted every 6 months if the party last check was later than 6 months, the full set of documents as requested in the procedure of the winner.
With the cost of procedures more than 5 mln. Rub. a full set of documents is provided regardless of the latest deliveries of production and inspection contractors.
Application form and other documents are in the procurement documentation (are accessed after login ETP).
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
