Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment for the performed Works is made by the Customer upon completion of all the Works and acceptance by the Customer of the Work Result based on the Works Acceptance Certificate signed by the Parties, with a delay of at least 60 (sixty) and no more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing of the Works Acceptance Certificate , provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of documents. In the event that the contract is concluded with SMEs, the payment term is set in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation
