Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Comments:
1) When setting the commercial proposal, it is necessary to indicate the delivery time.
2) The delivered products must be new, have a guarantee.
3) Certificates of conformity, quality certificates (other documents confirming
quality).
4) Suppliers who won the tender for the first time need to enter into a standard contract with the buyer.
5) Proposals of participants not corresponding to the subject of procurement (i.e. analogues), unless otherwise specified in the procurement documentation, will not be considered.
