Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment is deferred for 60 days.
Delivery terms:Delivery by the supplier's transport, at the Supplier's expense. Delivery to the enterprises of the GAZ Group of Avtozavodsky district of the city of N.Novgorod. Water is supplied daily according to an agreed schedule. Unloading of drinking water is carried out by the Supplier independently.

Comments:
The delivery period is from 01.10.2023 to 30.09.2024 daily according to the schedule agreed with the divisions of the GAZ Group. Supply of drinking water and sanitary treatment of coolers is carried out on the basis of technical specifications (according to the appendix) The supplier must provide a package of documents confirming the quality of drinking water:
- declaration of the Technical Regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union "On the safety of packaged drinking water, including natural mineral Water" (EAEU TR 044/2017)
- certificate of state registration of products;
- declaration of conformity, certificate of conformity;
- complete water analysis;
- the work program of industrial quality control of drinking water, agreed with the territorial center of Gossanepidemnadzor;
- regulatory documentation for finished products (technical specifications);
- approved technological regulations (instructions) for the production of bottled drinking water.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
