| Delivery terms: | The scope and list of works includes, but is not limited to, the composition
listed below. The works are carried out by the Contractor in full,
"turnkey", by the Contractor's forces, means and mechanisms, including all
necessary consumables and related expenses.
1. Delivery, unloading of all necessary and consumable materials for
strengthening slopes, according to the requirements of the Statement of work volumes (Appendix A), Technical specifications and Working documentation
(Appendix B).
2. Mobilization of all necessary equipment and tools
to the work site in the amount necessary for high-quality
work in accordance with the GPR.
3. Input control and quality control of materials with an entry in the journal and
certificates.
4. Delivery, unloading, warehousing, moving materials to the place
of work.
5. Planning, leveling, filling and compaction with mineral soil
to the required marks, planning, leveling, filling and compaction
with fertile soil to a thickness of at least 15 cm, sowing with seeds of perennial grasses (consumption of at least 60gr/m2), laying and anchoring

Requirements for the work
1. Before the start of work, check and accept the slopes.

with the requirements of the Terms of Reference and Working Documentation.

7. All work is carried out "turnkey" with materials and by the Contractor. The
cost of the work includes, temporary lighting, a wheel washing point and its
maintenance and accommodation and meals for personnel, the construction of temporary
roads, networks and structures, sanitary facilities and their maintenance, maintenance and maintenance of the work site and

8. When constructing an object, follow the RD-11-02-2006 regarding
the composition and list of acts of inspection of works and inspection
of structures, a set of Executive documentation.
9. When performing work and after completion of work, it is necessary to
clean the territory and remove garbage.
10. Any changes in the composition and content of the work, the
equipment and materials used are documented in writing
and sent to the Customer for consideration.
11.Payment for the work performed is made for
the amount of work actually performed, on the basis of executive documentation, with confirmation
by technical supervision and a surveyor of the customer. The volumes and cost
of the work performed are closed "in the body", i.e. taking into account the coefficient of compaction,
decompression, spills, losses during transportation and
unloading /loading, overlaps, scraps, overlaps, coefficient for irreparable losses, coefficient of metal deposition, etc. should be
included in the cost of work.
12. The Contractor undertakes to prepare and send to the Customer a daily
report, according to the Customer's form, on the work performed. |
