Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Dear participants!

PARTICULAR ATTENTION TO REQUIREMENTS:

1) commercial proposals are considered, the cost of which is fixed in rubles;

2) the price should include delivery to the Krasnodar RC;

3) price fixing without reference to the purchase volume;

4) attach to the application for participation a detailed specification and technical specifications (IMPORTANT! without TTX proposal is not considered);

5) the spacecraft’s willingness to provide the proposed equipment for testing within one week (if not previously provided);

6) consent to signing the standard form of the contract (in the attachment) and to work through EDI (instructions attached);

7) IMPORTANT! Equipment that has successfully passed testing on the territory of the customer is allowed to purchase;

8) in parallel with the competition, testing of devices is carried out, therefore, when choosing a winner, all proposals that will be successfully tested will be taken into account (at the time of the decision);

9) when submitting a proposal, it is necessary to apply detailed technical specifications (IMPORTANT! without TTX the proposal is not considered);

10) Delivery will be carried out in batches of 1-2 orders per month throughout 2019;

11) Sample in batches during 2020. Delivery is carried out by and at the expense of the supplier.

12) Alternative proposals may be submitted for several analogue models

You can repeatedly improve your proposals until the end of filing.

Only one legal entity can participate in the competitive procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing from the competition all affiliated participants.
