Special requirements for the performance of work:
- When carrying out the repair of wagons, the Contractor must have a representative at the wagon repair company to inspect and confirm the defective parts and spare parts. At the request of the Customer, the Contractor is obliged to provide the Customer with photo –video material confirming the validity of the defective parts.
- When organizing the delivery of spare parts, the Contractor, on its own, organizes forwarding of the delivery of spare parts no later than 5 days from the date of receipt of the bid for the provision of spare parts, including on the basis of a power of attorney issued by the Customer, coordinates the documents for the acceptance /transfer of spare parts, depending on the time of shipment of the part at the wagon repair company, adjusts the time when the vehicle is under cargo operations. Storage of non-exported spare parts from the territory of the wagon repair company is carried out at the expense of the Contractor.
- During the preparation of wagons, the Contractor organizes quality control of the preparation of wagons by its own personnel with the provision of photo and video materials to the Customer.
- The contract is concluded in the editorial office of the customer (appendix to this lot).
Brief description of the work performed:
Scheduled repair of wagons
1. At the bid of the Customer, the Contractor organizes the scheduled repair of wagons in wagon repair enterprises.
2. The content and scope of work during scheduled repairs, replacement of parts and assemblies of wagons is determined on the basis of:
- Manual for depot repair of freight railways of 1520 mm gauge RD 32 CV 169-2017 (approved by the Council for Railway Transport of the Commonwealth Bidder States (Protocol No. 54 dated May 18-19, 2011);
- Manual for overhaul of freight cars RD 32 CV 168-2017 approved by the Council for Railway Transport of the Commonwealth Bidder States (Protocol dated May 18-19, 2011, No. 54);
- Order of the Ministry of Transport of Russia dated 06/23/2022 No. 250 "On Approval of the Rules of Technical Operation of Railways of the Russian Federation".
3. At the time of the wagon repair, the Contractor must have the required number of spare parts for the wagons available at this wagon repair company. At the bid of the Customer, the Contractor, when carrying out scheduled repairs, installs spare parts on the wagons, eliminating the need to replace other parts, as well as cast parts of the trolleys with the year of manufacture no earlier than the year of manufacture of the wagon.
4. At the bidding of the Customer, the Contractor organizes and coordinates with JSC "Russian Railways" the relocation of defective wagons to wagon repair companies for scheduled repairs.
Current uncoupling repair
1. At the bid of the Customer, ongoing uncoupling repair of wagons in the amount of TR-1, TR-2 at wagon repair enterprises in the region of repairs within the framework of agency services with an agency fee of 0.1%.
2. At the bid of the Customer, the Contractor will arrange the delivery of spare parts for the repair of railway wagons to the wagon repair enterprises of the region. The contractor organizes forwarding of spare parts delivery on its own.
Preparation of wagons
1. At the bid of the Customer, the organization of the preparation of wagons for repair or / and loading.
When carrying out: Depot repair of a tank car (inter-repair period 160 000 km or 3 years); Depot repair of a tank car (inter-repair period 110 000 km or 3 years); Depot repair of a tank car (inter-repair period 1 year); Overhaul of a tank car; Depot repair of a tank car model 15-5181; Overhaul of tank car 15-5181 - the cost of repair includes the cost of repair of wheel sets in the amount of average and current repairs, storage of spare parts owned by the Customer, spare parts and additional work not included in Appendix 2 are included in the cost of scheduled repair of the car. Faulty spare parts formed during repair remain in the Contractor's ownership.
When determining the cost of delivery of spare parts, the price of a kilometer of vehicle mileage is determined depending on the carrying capacity: up to 1.5 tons, up to 5 tons, up to 20 tons.
At the same time, the distance of cargo delivery from the place of loading to the place of unloading of spare parts should not exceed 1000 km.
Warranty obligations:
The quality of repair of wagons must comply with the requirements of current legislation and regulatory and technical documentation in the field of railway transport.
