Ranking of bids

It is possible to submit alternative proposals for several models of analogues that meet the requirements of TK.
IT'S IMPORTANT! Equipment, which has successfully passed testing on the territory of the customer, is allowed to purchase.
In parallel with the competition, testing of devices is carried out, so when selecting the winner, all offers that will be successfully tested (at the time of decision making) will be taken into account.
When submitting an offer, be sure to attach detailed specifications (IMPORTANT! without TTS, the proposal is not considered).
Delivery will be carried out in batches on the basis of orders during 2020, delivery by the supplier at his expense at the RC Kolomna.
- Delivery on the lot Tablet 8"" will be carried out by the supplier at his expense at the RC Kolomna according to the number of:
* 24 pieces - in batches during 2020
* 128 pcs. - single delivery.
- Delivery by lot Digital camera will be carried out by the supplier at his expense at the Kolomna RC according to the number:
* 12 pcs. - batches during 2020
* 63 pcs. - single delivery.

EDS is not required
The bidder may repeatedly improve its price offer until the end of submission of bids.
Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. The other is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
