Delivery terms:Supply date: October 2016. Transportation costs for delivery of goods to the warehouse of the transport company (the buyer's warehouse) in Omsk shall be paid by the Supplier.

Comments:
1) The participant must be a user registered in the Trade and procurement system "B2B Cordiant" on site http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with established procedure, have the rights of System Participant. 2) All prices in the proposal should include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the value of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier. 3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for receipt of applications without imposing liabilities. 4) If the supplier is involved in the bidding, it means he agrees in the case of declaring him the winner to conclude a supply contract in the standard form of OAO "Cordiant" without protocols of disagreements and to make delivery under the conditions specified in the announcement of procurement. 5) Attach a commercial proposal indicating the delivery terms and conditions of payment. 6) For all questions refer to Olga Strizhneva, tel.
