Comments: The delivered Product must be free from defects related to materials or work on their manufacture. The delivered Goods must be new, that is, not used, restored, recycled, modified, not altered, without any restrictions (pledge, ban, arrest, etc.) admitted to free circulation on the territory of the Russian Federation, made no earlier than 2020. The Supplier must guarantee that the delivered Goods are manufactured in accordance with the standards, indicators and parameters approved for this type of product; the goods are manufactured in the factory, is serial. The product must not be an exhibition sample, must be free from the rights of third parties.
