2. Participants in this procedure MUST attach the Applicant Questionnaire and the documents according to the questionnaire at the time of opening the envelopes at the same time as submitting the proposal and file in the form of a scanned copy of its offer signed by an authorized person and certified with the seal of the organization participating in the procedure. If a participant fails or improperly complies with this requirement, the Procedure Organizer reserves the right not to consider that participant's proposal.
3. The supplier of the product must be the manufacturer, or the manufacturer's authorized dealer or distributor (the participant provides supporting documents at the same time as by a commercial offer).
4. The cost of the product must be the same for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
Note: This Request for Proposals is not a notice of a competition (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 — 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Therefore, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the Organizer and reserves the right to withdraw all Proposals received for any Proposals received cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.
AK VNZM reserves the right not to inform participants of the results except for the winner, cancel the request or results, and exclude any participant request without giving a reason. Submitting a technical offer implies acceptance of the terms and conditions of the request. |
