Mandatory conditions for the Bidder (competitive advantage):
1.Delivery on DDP terms.
2.Deferral of payment for at least 60+7 days (including a single payment day) from the date of delivery to the consignee's warehouse. If the deferral is increased to 90 days, factoring Agreements are considered.

The procedure is carried out in order to obtain the price per unit of goods at the time of the procedure, with the possibility of changing the volume of Call for Bidding while maintaining the price and terms of delivery. The final volume of the Call for Bidding is determined at the time of the purchase order formation and is indicated in the Appendix (Specification) to the Contract, based on the needs confirmed by the Customer.
The competition will be held in at least two stages (rebidding).
