Auto-extension

Delivery terms:By delivery to the Buyer's warehouse to the specified address. The price of the goods include the cost of packaging (crate / box) and delivery to the Buyer's warehouse.

Comments:
1) Supplied products shall be new, not previously used.
2) The price includes delivery to the Buyer's warehouse
4) Your company's relation to the supplied products (manufacturer, dealer, manufacturer's representative, etc.) – supporting documents shall be attached.
5) The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 "The products to be sent to the regions of the Extreme North and equivalent areas. Packaging. Marking, transportation and storage" and GOST 14192-96" Cargo Marking".
6) Criteria for choosing the best offer: quality, delivery time, cost, terms of payment, work experience;
7) This RFP procedure is not a tender, and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
8) This bidding procedure is also not a public tender and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
9) Packing list shall be attached to each cargo package.
10) Be sure to upload the technical and commercial proposal sealed and signed by the CEO and specifying all the requested delivery conditions.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
